Expertise of a critical mass of faculty with strong national and international reputations in this area is leveraged to enhance understanding of issues relevant to women, women in leadership and the implications for organizations. Research in this area includes strategies for change, governance, leadership development, leadership styles, gender discrimination, and intra-gender relations between women. Deeper connections with the business community are being created with world leading programs such as the first Women Executive in Residence, supported by RBC, and a focus on producing business case studies which profile women leaders.
